My wife is a school nurse.

They need to give combat pay for title one schools but there is no salary adjustment so everyone runs away from These schools .

Empathy? I'm the PP you referenced. I've spent my entire career teaching and evaluating kids in Title I schools in both rural and urban areas. I bet I've bought more school lunches, snacks, bookbags, and supplies for kids than you have, in addition to after-school free tutoring and supporting parents. What I've done is not unusual for any teacher, school nurse, social worker, administrator, etc in any school with kids who need assistance and caring support. [/quote]
