You must not have school age kids. The huge surge in ESOL kids in recent years is a major drain on most public schools in the area. It is driving how districts handle curriculum, how much funds there are for other kids, and in FCPS now considerations of redistricting. Schools are where the big negative impact of illegal immigration are shouldered. [/quote]
