You grossly misquote to make something sound far worse than it was, and then you accuse others of gaslighting and claim your misquote was "still accurate."  So who is the one really gaslighting here?

If Trump was as bad as you and others on here paint him, then you wouldn't need to embellish, exaggerate, and mislead.  Just like Charlottesville.  Trump literally said he was not talking about white supremacists and Nazis, and that they should be totally condemned.  Yet for the past 6 years, we have heard about the "fine people on both sides" non-stop, including from the current President.  So let's not talk about who is gaslighting.  [/quote]

It's all 99% of Republicans and Democrats know to do. Childish banter and name calling. No one wants to talk seriously about the causes and possible solutions to our long term political issues in this country. It's the ignorance and carelessness of these people that allowed for someone as awful as Trump to win an election and to become a major player in politics for a fricking decade. C'mon people.
