If it’s to inform parents of how good a school is then the data needs to be available in the early summer/end of school year. If it’s to inform parents and teachers of individual student strengths and weaknesses so they can be supported then they need to get them at the beginning of the school year. It’s honestly a really stupid test with very little meaning to help support students.
