Two of my SILs lost significant amounts of weight in their 30s and 40s and one said it was literally from eating half what she usually ate. (The other pretty much starved herself to a degree that was worrisome, but eats meals again and had regained a lot.) You have to at least be eating enough to stay healthy [/quote]
