Jawando lives in Silver Spring.

And I still don't understand the point of this line of inquiry.  Are we really suggesting that elected officials should not have a vote on things that don't affect their specific home?  Should we disband the state and federal Congress?  Should Rockville councilmembers not get a vote on a particular development application if it is not planned for their particular neighborhood?[/quote]
