I'm personally a total neatnik, but I've been a landlord, and I'm realistic about how most people leave rental property. Go on Youtube and there are videos of how to clean stoves with baked on goo. (Pro tip: spray the inside and outside of the oven with oven cleaner and wrap the outside with Saran Wrap. Leave it for a few hours, and wipe off.) [/quote]
