[/quote] She did answer both questions. She was the tie-breaking vote that supported fracking under the IRA. She supports Roe and would codify it under law if given the opportunity. If you need to parse it, Roe would allow for a late term abortion of the baby isn't viable or if the life of the mother was at risk.[/quote]
