This is dumb. Dre and Snoop are still out there and they have money. Why should old rappers retire at age 50 when the vast majority of us keep working long after? We all need to keep busy - particularly those who are used to success.

There are musicians who are old as dirt still on tour not because they need the money but because they love the art - e.g, Rolling Stones, Billy Joel, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Peter Gabriel, Cher, Madonna, and I could go on and on. Eminem’s verses in Godzilla are some of the craziest I’ve ever heard and lest anyone think he’s washed this is only from 4 years ago. “Lyrical technician, an electrician, y’all light work.”
