[/quote] The macro all persons should be tracking is FIBER. Most Americans are fiber deficient and a fiber deficient diet is linked to poorer health and earlier death. The body of research is unquestionable. Get 25-50g of fiber from whole foodstuffs as minimally processed as possible heavy on the beans/legumes and green leafy vegetables and berries every day. Do that and your health will transform, assuming you also ditch the mass quantities of animal protein and the sugar and added sugars in UPFs and also steer clear of seed oils.[/quote] I was with you until you uttered the phrase “seed oils.”[/quote]
