DP Bama and Auburn are really not drastically different. Having a preference is fine, but some reflection is needed if one is a non-starter because again, they’re not [i]that[/i] different. [/quote]

Auburn does not have the “stronger profile”.  It does for engineering and I think architecture.  But bio and business are better at Alabama. [/quote]

Actually, Auburn ranks at #93 nationally (while UAT ranks in the 150s and even lower than UAB) according to USNWR. 
Auburn’s overall acceptance rate is 43% while UAT’s acceptance rate is 80%. Academically, Auburn is more comparable to Clemson while UAT compares to MissSt, Ole Miss, LSU, etc.[/quote]
