Caveat - transferring to a school where a friend(s) go.[/quote] Transferring anywhere is hard. But at a school with only 2-6K students, it will be easier to find a group that you like. Easier to do activities that interest you and find friends that way. And your major will not have 4K other sophomores in it, so classes will be much smaller---you will see a lot of the same people in all your courses or at TA/Office hours. [/quote]
