[/quote] I'm 50 and I have a tight group of friends. Some of them work out and we run, walk or play tennis together. Some do not exercise at all. Some starve themselves and some just don't GAF and eat whatever they want. Maybe you should start asking friends to walk with you. It doesn't seem like "working out" but it is the best exercise. I've lost 3 friends my age in the past few years. don't take your friendships for granted. [/quote]
