If I'm correct, we have always maintained a majority of republican-appointed justices since RvW. I heard this but have not found a source to clearly verify. If they haven't found a way to overturn it, I really don't think they ever will. My guess is that republicans don't actually want it overturned. Once that's done, it's not on their platform anymore and their christian base starts to dwindle. Also, I think they forget the fact that overturning does not make abortion illegal. Just throws it back to the states. [/quote]
