Suppose they ditch the filibuster and pass a voting rights bill that includes making DC and Puerto Rico states as well as the Reapportionment Act of 1929, which capped the total number of seats in the House of Representatives. I, for one, would like to see that act repealed and DC and Puerto Rico added, if their citizens want representation. Also, having Reps represent a much smaller population would do a lot to reduce gerrymandering and bring them closer to their constituents. [/quote]
