[/quote] DP Most schools have a student dress code requiring sneakers or another closed-toe shoe. While the teacher isn’t a student, they should model appropriate behavior. I’m Gen X and went to private school where male teachers wore suits and female teachers wore dresses or pantsuits. Why? Because school was taken seriously. Now teachers wear jeans or leggings with t-shirts and sneakers. Neato! Can you think of another civilized country where teachers were sandals or flip flops to school? [/quote]
