Teachers can’t get copy paper but they can get a free second Master’s degree? Ridiculous. And then there’s the tangled web of bussing kids all over the dang county to give the illusion of choice. But they have plenty of money and the BOE needs to be held accountable for their mismanagement. The council appropriately funded MCPS.[/quote]
