Arlington families here. 2 yrs cycle kits and only requested to buy uniforms and practice shirts. Everything else is optional. We did buy the backpack and it’s been 4 yrs and still going. It helped that they got rid of white shorts so now we wear blue shorts for all both games (away/ home) and practices. Older versions shorts are also acceptable.
That’s very sane, is this for ECNL?
Confirmed. ECNL girls started to have their own red hoodie last year with their initial embroidered. If was around $50-60 adidas hoodie so it seemed reasonable. We have not purchased jackets or warmup pants (they aren’t really warm) for years. My kids and others have been wearing old practice shirts/ shorts and no issue as well. We bought our blue shorts (white stripes) on Amazon to wear for mostly practices cuz they are cheaper than the one with red stripe (we save these for games days only). I know some clubs have game day warmup shirts for warming up before game then have to change into game jersey before game starts. Thought that’s ridiculous
