Are you saying that she took power of attorney for the previous owner?  Or you have direct information about the negotiations between the previous owner and the developer?  What other offers were, and that apparently the agent in question convinced the previous owner to accept a lower offer? [/quote]

She had a listing on the other side of the park in 20011 zip code and listed a home for an inflated price. I’m so glad it sold for $80k less. She was not approachable and has a stank looking face like she can’t be touched in the RE game. Greedy yes.[/quote]
