[/quote] CCs are bleeding to death these days. Kids (25-40) don't see the value. The clubs aren't what they used to be. You can pretty much have initiation fees waived at the T2 clibs. Old school ones still rape you, smile, and underdeliver. I guy I work with bragged about his son in law getting into Fairfax CC for no initiation, AND monthly minimums/dues waived for a year. Like, they paid him to join. He is an almost pro golfer who brings talent to the course, but, c'mon. It actually sucks. A well run club is huge asset to the community.[/quote]
