Cardholders, depending on their status, get earlier access to the sale. So some things sell out before the general public gets access to the sale.

DH buys AG beans and Magnanni shoes and I finally  convinced him to wait for the sale - it’s why I even have the status I do. We went in on Tuesday    After our dinner out and while he was trying on a few items, I told the sales person in the jewelry dept that was just checking out the quality of items on my wish list; and they said if I had a card that they’d let me buy anything I wanted that day…. Almost 24 hours earlier.

Funny, I was sort of apologizing to DH. It was the first day of the sale and The store was relatively empty. I talk up this sale every year and this year was disappointing. Unlike me, he doesn’t settle “just because it’s on sale” and the exact jeans he wanted weren’t in sale. And  he wasn’t in the market for shoes :(

I usually buy boots, jeans, bras, and makeup every year. So far I’venought nothing. I know I’ve changed my shopping habits lately, but the NS is not the same as pre-2020.[/quote]
