Blacks will always vote D. It’s against their best interests to vote R and they know it. That would be the end of every benefit and social safety net they enjoy.

This really is a racist remark. No, black people do not vote for Ds because of all of their freebies. White people get more benefits than black people do. It's a racist trope.
