[/quote] If there's someplace to send the homeless it should be the cheapest parts of the country, NOT the high-cost-of-living places like DC or California. Trying to stuff all of the homeless into high-cost-of-living areas is likely to cause oversized tax increases which will cause even more homelessness.[/quote]
