At the time, I thought that “valedictorian” just meant the person who gives the speech (which I did). I didn’t realize it would be seen as a misrepresentation. I didn’t write down “first in the class” or anything like that. [/quote]

But you did so well on the LSAT, you got into Stanford?  Fascinating.  As a terrible test taker myself, I still would have understood the definition of valedictorian.  You did what too many kids and parents do to get into competitive schools- you lied. You exaggerated. I’m glad you learned your lesson. [/quote]
