Looks like dates are posted but no more info yet. Any insider info? Interested in minis and wondering if waiting for the July date at KSAC would give kid a little more time to practice.[/quote]

1. Remember that KSAC is not going to be practicing at KSAC now that the facility is going to be renovated.
2. Don't take the minimum standards outlined in the tryout flyers as goals: in my experience DCs needed to be better than those standards to get in (and we're not at Rockville, either, where the written standards are even higher).
3. You can request feedback if DC does not make it, so that you have a better sense of what to work on next time.
4. Even quite decent kid swimmers might not get a spot. Definitely try again if DC does not make it![/quote]
