[/quote] Tufts is fine though is NOT lumped with those. In our public magnet/gov school, Tufts takes kids that UVA waitlists or rejects in-state. UVA in state takes from the top 30-40%. The other schools you list, Vandy/Emory/WashU all admit from the top 1/4 or higher(higher gpa for RD opposed to ED) [/quote]
