Which you would know if you actually watched the special.[/quote] Haha! I am well aware of their excuses. There were a lot of twins they did not feature on the documentary. They picked the best cases to make their point and the vegan diet still looked terrible. They all lost muscle mass except one who basically stayed the same. They also left processed carbs in the omnivores diet to stack the deck against them. If they would have removed those, the meat eaters would have absolutely destroyed them. [/quote]
