There may not be much he can do about his height, but he can 100% be hitting the weights. In fact, a shorter range of motion can make it easier to build muscle. If he's worried about looking too young, he can pack on some muscle in the weight room. He'll have to set his ego aside for the first few months, since the other 15 year olds will be ahead of him in what weight he can move. But everyone starts with an empty bar. Plus, he'll experience "newbie gains" where he's noticeably getting stronger each week, which serves as motivation to continue.[/quote]
