My kid committed to Northwestern.   Then this ridiculous appeasement concession happened.

We are really hoping that the wealthy alumni exert a lot pressure on the school to throw it out.

We spoke to some Jewish students from the school before committing a few weeks back at the start of this mess.  At the time, they said they felt safe and supported by the school.and community.  Do you have any insight on how things are now for the students?

So sad to see what’s happened to Northwestern. Your student will have a great support system at Hillel (that is if they are able to remain affiliated with the campus as the pro Hamas crowd has tried to get them removed). I would reach out to the director and the rabbi. [/quote]
