I agree that banning breeds won't work, but one of the benefits of bringing in rescue dogs from other areas is that bully breeds are less prominent. I can't speak for Seoul, but I know for The Sato Project they put a lot of money and effort into running spay and neuter clinics and treating street dogs.[/quote]

Bully breeds are the most abused and neglected dogs and yet we blame them instead of the humans.  Ever wonder why?[/quote]
