Oof, that’s a morale killer. Especially since the 09 RL team has the best record among all their NL/RL teams, and the NL has one of the worst. Must have had a bunch of outside offers. [/quote]

Over the years my DS team has brought up players into the NL team.  A few have done well, but most have not.   There's still a gap and there are better players from outside. And if you think other clubs are promoting from within, most are not.

And Potomac doesn't care about size.  If you want to know where your kid stands, talk to the coach. At 2009 and 2010 age group, your kid can still get promoted to the top team. [/quote]
