Hard to say without knowing the degrees each planet is at and seeing it visually on the chart. Need to know the degrees to see if each other’s planets actually make aspects or not.

However, it’s auspicious that both have earth rising signs, air suns, and water moons.

The woman is intense with all that Scorpio. Intensely sexual, too. Ruler of the chart - Venus, is in Scorpio. However, both Venus and moon are considered in detriment in Scorpio. Mars, however, is in his domicile in Scorpio. She’s probably extremely passionate but emotionally volatile. Maybe problems with jealousy. She’s Venus dominant as Venus rules both the rising and the sun signs. Would be interesting to see the full chart. [/quote]
