New Jersey overall is the most densely populated state. And those counties are also extremely well off, probably more so than FCC. The schools are much better (and teachers paid better as well) so in that case makes more sense although not to say that FCC doesn’t have decent schools. But you’re making a distinction that doesn’t exist. [/quote]
