Oy vey, DC.[/quote] Yes, this is 100% the problem and the reason why ALL schools in DC allow ALL kids from their feeders to enroll. DCPS literally does not keep track of how OOB kids qualify for the school to begin with and does not allow IB admits who subsequently move to relottery for feeder rights. This situation arose with respect to a kid at Stuart-Hobson and her parents reached out to the Chancellor for guidance (because she had a very good chance of matching for 5th at the school she was already attending) and he flat out said she could go automatically.[/quote]
