Agree. We are now the old people in our neighborhood but when we moved in 25 years ago we were the young people with pre-schoolers. Many of the original people on our street have moved. We will move in the next 5 years.[/quote]

We're the old people too, only in our mid-50s. But most of our neighbor friends are empty nesters and we'll be there in two years. I hear kids playing outside and feel like they were mine just yesterday. There's no way I'm heading to a 55+ community from here tho[/quote]
