I do think there's less "churn" in my neighborhood (Bloomingdale/Eckington) as certain charters have seen their performance lag, DCPS has improved, and in general people are just sticking with what they have rather than constantly trying to eke out an incremental improvement.[/quote] Really because Langley did not fill any grades except preK 3. Lots spots in prek 4, K and upper grades.[/quote]
