My dentist said it's natural and that unless everyone wears a retainer, their teeth will shift as they age. This is regardless of whether they had braces in the past or not. I have never had braces. My top teeth were perfect and I grew up during a time when if your top teeth were good, they didn't encourage braces for the bottom unless your bottom teeth were very jacked. I have one lower canine that was always pretty crooked. As I've aged (now in my 40s), it has turned more crooked, like going from 30° to 60°. [/quote]
