I understand this struggle, all together. My spouse and I have had a dry marriage ever since our youngest was born which is over five years. We have discussed it at length, and the out come is always the same, she says she'll try to make changes, and I say I'll make changes. For about maybe a week thinks seem positive, but only because I make attempts, and they always get shot down, so I just stop, and then I get blamed. This has been this way over and over again. And before it is said, marriage counseling is B/S we've tried it multiple times and it never turns out. Mainly because the counselor is ether total crap or never actually addressed the problem, so now I'm stuck in this perpetual cycle of loneliness and self gratification all the while still being attracted to the one person who obviously isn't attracted to me.
