I'm glad that Brendan Fraser is on it -- he definitely needed it.  Jesse could be diet changes.  My husband lost about 50 pounds very quickly by switching from typical American male diet of Coke/pizza/doritos/costco cookies to high-protein with no simple carbs.  I could do the same thing and it wouldn't barely move the needle, but for him, he dropped so much weight so quickly people were asking me if he should be screened for cancer -- skinnier than when he was a competitive athlete.  Men can lose quickly that way, especially if their baseline diet was not healthy.  [/quote]
