OP, have you tried Apple Fitness? I have ADHD and have found that the combination of closing my rings (yay! gold star for me!) and doing Apple Fitness workouts where people tell me exactly what to do and when to do it, plus talk and coach me through it, is helping me get back into the fitness habit after way too long being sedentary. It helps take the decision-making out of the equation and there's a set end time when I know I'll be done with the workout, plus timers along the way for intervals and the whole workout, so I know how much longer I need to stick with it. The helpful thing about the coach talking pretty much all the way through the workout is that there isn't room in my head to think about distractions or listen to the voice that says I should be doing something else. I don't have to choose a playlist -- that's baked into the program. I just have to start the workout, then finish it, and on top of closing my daily rings I get rewarded with badges for consistency. I am highly motivated by external approval, even if it's from silly little digital badges!
