Anyone that has been paying attention knows that Biden is complete loose cannon on live TV, especially with his obvious mental decline.

He did well last year. I'm hoping he keeps it short and sweet this year. No off script mumbling. No digressing. He still has a decent speech in him if it is short and he remains disciplined. [/quote]

The should all be short. No rambling laundry list of promises that will never be delivered, or embellished list of accomplishments. Brevity should be the order of the day.[/quote]
