Schools ranked 50-100 in USNWR.
William and Mary is 53, no way that is an option I don't think.
W&M is unusual in that it has very high applicant qualifications but has features (small size, few grad programs so lower research investments etc) that lower it in the current USNWR formulation. Other schools in that ranking may still be options.
I'd say W&M is a reach but not completely out of bounds. My DD had a 3.7 UW GPA with a downward trend (more Bs in 11th than 9th) with similar number of APs but also stronger test scores (1460). Did the interview and had, IMO, very good essays. She was waitlisted in RD, with the option to start Spring semester. Given that, I think she'd likely have gotten in if she'd gone ED (wasn't sure it was her #1). So, work on the essays, be sure to do an interview, try to get the test scores up. Other schools applied to, accepted to all with merit, were other LACs already mentioned + UMW.
