Russia creates the conditions that people want to flee their countries - they have done this in South and Central American, with Syria, Ukraine etc. The border crisis is totally manufactured. Then, they align with right wingers in the respective countries, in this case, the GOP, to vilify "the other" and create the hysteria and hate that we see in threads like this, with help from Fox News and social media. It has all been well documented.

It could be your theory or it could be that Biden literally reversed over 90 Trump era EOs controlling the border and literally said we welcome everyone.
