I don’t know which is worse— that you care more about what a bunch of acquaintances think at cocktail parties than you do about supporting your kid (emotionally— I agree there should be limits to financial support of an unemployed college grad). Or, that you are willing to take a kid who missed a real HS graduation and ruin his college graduation too. YTA. [/quote]
