The bolded part is the most important -- stop being a victim.  No one is going to fix this for you. You made a choice (now probably doesn't seem like the best one). You meed to fix it for yourself.  Others gave you guidance about sending the certified letter.  Do that and just stop. [/quote]

OP here. I don't get why you're so mad.

I came here to ask for advice, some people asked for details, I gave some and we're just discussing the issue.

You go to the store to buy something, the product is defective, you don't complain? You just say "Well, I made a choice to go to that store, too bad the product is broken" and move on?

Well, I paid big bucks to learn and stay legal. I just don't think it's fair for them to conduct their business in this fashion. [/quote]
