The refund is the easy part. When this happened to me, I bought last minute seats from stub hub when it was obvious they were going to come through with replacement seats. I contacted them and asked for a refund for the second purchase. The declined and I filed for arbitration. Two days after receiving the notice, they refunded the second set. [/quote]
