I don't think one GF option is difficult and there are a lot of great options, and it's a nice gesture even if the individual who can't handle gluten doesn't partake. I would just say don't do something like gluten free cupcakes from trader joes, do something that is naturally gluten free like edamame or bags of popcorn.[/quote]
