Guys doing side work or small fly by night contractors. There's not a whole lot of in-between which is unfortunate as they have come a long way from the total crap they used to sell. I dabbled with trying to install it when we where having issues getting Trane/ Carrier equipment but it was a tough sell. [/quote]
