But, yes, a lot of Virginians would like to see more in-state seats at both W&M and UVA. You’re aware that OOS pay a LOT more? Like double or triple in-state tuition? But no, all OOS do not pay the full rate because UVA is need blind making decisions. I imagine most do but not all. [/quote]
