A designer or contractor buying a Delta (or Toto or whatever) toilet is getting a wholesale or trade discount, then they are upcharging to get the price closer to, or often under, retail. You are almost always paying LESS for these things through a designer than through retail, or at least you're breaking even. But I would also say that a designer is most appropriate when purchasing things that are not available to the general public. [/quote]
